We can now confirm that we have recieved the pre-application response back from Leeds City Council.  Our proposed scheme recivevd postive comments from the coucil and we are now making progress to submit a full planning application.

We have worked with our architect and design specialist to create a scheme which is in keeping with the conservation area. We are opting to build five individual detached properties in a courtyard style which will compliment the local surroundings.
